本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、biz-reference.jp（以下「当サイト」）が提供する TikTok 連携自動投稿ツール（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用される方（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（適用範囲）
本規約は、本サービスの提供および利用に関する当サイトとユーザーとの間の一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条(サービス内容)
本サービスは、当サイトが運営する記事コンテンツから生成された短尺動画を、TikTok Content Posting API を通じてユーザーの TikTok アカウントに投稿する機能を提供します。
第3条(利用条件)
- 本サービスを利用するには、有効な TikTok アカウントが必要です。
- ユーザーは、TikTok のコミュニティガイドラインおよび利用規約を遵守する必要があります。
- ユーザーは、本サービスを通じて投稿するコンテンツについて全責任を負うものとします。
第4条(認可・認証)
本サービスは OAuth 2.0 プロトコルを用いて TikTok アカウントへのアクセス権を取得します。ユーザーはいつでも TikTok アカウント設定から認可を取り消すことができます。
第5条(禁止事項)
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当サイト、TikTok、他のユーザーまたは第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為
- 本サービスを不正に利用する行為
- TikTok のレート制限を意図的に超過する行為
- スパムや虚偽情報の拡散
第6条(本サービスの提供の停止等)
当サイトは、以下の場合に本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができます。
- 本サービスにかかるシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
- TikTok API の仕様変更・障害が発生した場合
- その他、当サイトが本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
第7条(免責事項)
- 当サイトは、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。
- 当サイトは、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
- 本サービスの利用により TikTok アカウントが制限・凍結された場合、当サイトは責任を負いません。
第8条(規約の変更)
当サイトは、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができます。
第9条(準拠法・裁判管轄)
本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当サイト運営者の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TikTok integration automated posting tool ("Service") provided by biz-reference.jp ("Site"). By using the Service, you ("User") agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Site and the User regarding the provision and use of the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service provides functionality to post short-form videos — generated from the Site's article content — to the User's TikTok account via the TikTok Content Posting API.
3. Conditions of Use
- A valid TikTok account is required to use the Service.
- Users must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- Users are solely responsible for content posted through the Service.
4. Authorization and Authentication
The Service uses the OAuth 2.0 protocol to obtain access to the User's TikTok account. Users may revoke access at any time from their TikTok account settings.
5. Prohibited Actions
Users shall not:
- Violate laws or public order
- Engage in criminal activities
- Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of the Site, TikTok, other users, or third parties
- Misuse the Service
- Intentionally exceed TikTok's rate limits
- Distribute spam or false information
6. Suspension of Service
The Site may suspend or interrupt the Service in cases including but not limited to system maintenance, TikTok API changes or outages, or when the Site deems provision of the Service difficult.
7. Disclaimer
- The Site makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from defects.
- The Site shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
- The Site is not responsible if a User's TikTok account is restricted or suspended as a result of using the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
The Site may modify these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site operator.
